Training YOU Personally
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, or just want to feel better, here you can get results you are looking for.
We start out with a full personal assessment. We will take measurements, weight, BMI, and discuss your fitness goals. We discuss diet, any medical conditions, and current level of exercise, (or lack of!)
You will not feel pressured, and you will not feel scared to "jump" right in and start your new fitness regimen. Fitness is a journey, and nothing happens over night, but what will happen is a happier, healthier, and overall more fit YOU!

BUDDY TRAINING
I offer one on one training, but sometimes women prefer to train with their best buddy by their side. Buddy training is great for women who like to make girlfriend time a little more "useful". Its fun to hold one another accountable, and share in the fitness journey together. Buddy training is also more economical. So the choice is up to you, but either way the first step is to commit to changing the way you look and feel, and that starts with contacting me today!
