                    At TTR we keep it simple yet we keep it fresh. Some  of you may have had experience with Personal Trainers in the past. Those who have may have either loved it and got great results, or found that it was not for them. Well, here you will find its a little different. I'm no drill sergeant by any means, but I do manage to create a relationship with my clients that causes them to WANT to push themselves to the next level with my guidance. Toning your muscles to where you can actually see the change may seem far fetched for some of you. Here we will get it done. Not bulky muscle, but tightening and toning.

            CORE STRENGTH

 

Core Strength is key for women of all ages. When we strengthen our core muscles be have better posture, shape and form. We all want a nice waistline, and with literally dozens of different abdominal exercises I have you will never get bored doing the same old sit-up or crunch that you may be used to.

            Buddy Training

Great for all, but keep in mind the attention will be shared and current fitness level should be somewhat similar for the best training results.
